Melody Care are proud to have won multiple awards for the quality of our care and our Professional Carers:
We are delighted to work very closely with lots of organisations involved within social care:
Melody Care were one of the first agencies to work with Care Friends – a referral scheme which allows their staff to ‘share’ jobs with friends, family or anyone on social media that they think could be interested in joining the company.
All our managed care services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and we are very proud of our most recent inspection reports for both our live-in service and our hourly service. View the latest reports here
At Melody Care we were one of the first care agencies to use the OpenPass system which shares information in an efficient and timely manner for both our clients and their families. We were proud to be part of their PR launch for OpenPass systems.
Established in 1979, Hampshire Care Association is the voice for Residential and Domiciliary Care Providers in Hampshire and works in partnership with Hampshire County Council, Southampton City Council and Portsmouth City Council.
Melody Care are proud to be listed on Homecare.co.uk, the leading UK home care review website with over 10,000 care service providers and in excess of 2.5 million visits per year.
We were the first care agency in Surrey and Hampshire to join The Living Wage Foundation as we firmly believe in the principles behind the foundation.
Melody Care are very proud to be one of the official corporate partners of Neuroblastoma. Simon Carter, owner and founder of Melody Care said, “I have a long-standing friendship with Tony Heddon, Chair of Trustees at Neuroblastoma UK. 20 years ago, Tony and I had daughters at primary school with a little boy called Greg Faithfull, who had neuroblastoma. We were all devastated when Greg sadly died aged just five years old. Everyone at Melody Care wants to support the vital work of Neuroblastoma UK to help more children like Greg and raise lots of money to fund much-needed research into this cruel disease.”
By offering some of the best pay packages in the area, we tend to attract a significant number of applicants. In order to identify those staff who share the same values as we have, we ask them to take a short online psychometric test developed by Sticky People. Providing award winning candidate screening tools along with best practice recruitment and retention techniques, Sticky People have over 12 years’ experience in social care with over 1,000 users in the UK.
We are members of the Surrey Care Association (SCA) and Simon Carter, the owner of Melody Care, is the Chairperson.
Independent review company Working Feedback is used by hundreds of care providers across the UK to gather and publish reviews to CQC and NHS Friends, with Melody Care amongst them.
