We are proud to say that on average our Home Care Assistants will earn nearly 50% more than the national minimum wage and 30% more than the “Living Wage”. In 2015 we were awarded membership of the Living Wage Foundation in recognition of our commitment to paying all our staff at least the Living Wage.
