We always offer growth and development with a focus on building a positive team environment, working for the benefit of each other and our clients.

What are the advantages of working for Melody Care?
We have four branches, each covering their own local areas. Our carers stay local to their branches – they tell us they enjoy this more than travelling long distances. We listened to our carers and they benefit every day by working in areas they know.
We offer employee contracts with guaranteed hours starting from 16 hours per week for part-time contracts and we can offer full-time contracts at 35 hours per week. A lot of agencies say they offer you guaranteed hours but do they offer you that in writing and in an employee contract?
The induction and training week commences on your first official day with Melody Care. Running Monday through to Thursday, you will be paid £10.00 per hour for the 28 hours of training.
We will continue to support the early stages of your development by arranging Work-Based Learning in your second week of work.
Farnborough Training Centre
To ensure our staff and new employees experience the full support Melody Care is able to offer, from February 2021 we are opening our Training Centre in Farnborough for our 28-hour Induction & Training Programme.
Our four day (Monday – Thursday) Induction & Training Programme includes practical training, a flexible package of e-learning courses, 1:1 support, a ‘Welcome Pack’, an introduction to our processes and systems, a rota for your forthcoming work-based learning week and potentially other meetings which will help you settle into your new post.
