Clients colour poppies for The British Legion

Earlier this month, we sent all our clients a large poppy to colour in so that we could decorate our Branches with poppy wreaths. We were overwhelmed and impressed with all the responses – what talented and artistic clients we have. Thank you so much for participating, we raised over £300 for The British Legion.
Shirley’s garden walk fundraiser

In July, Shirley Collins, our first Winchester client, walked 250 laps around her garden, raising £1,665 for the Winchester Hospice. She completed this on the eve of her 82nd birthday. What an achievement, we are truly impressed!

Special moments from VE Day

Despite still being in lockdown, both our clients and Carers celebrated VE Day in true style. Many of our Carers sent in lovely videos of them and their clients discussing what VE day meant to them and singing their favourite wartime songs. Some of them shared memorable items from the war such as ration books and an identity card.
