What Is live In Care
Live-In Care is exactly as it sounds; a professional Care Assistant lives with the Client/s in their home providing a bespoke home care service as desired by the Clients themselves. We provide assistance to a diverse range of people from 18 years upwards and cater for couples as well as those living alone. These extend from those that are seeking companionship and assistance with housekeeping, to those that are mentally or physically frail or those needing palliative or End-of-Life care.
Live-in Care vs Care Home option
Live-in care is a wonderful, welcome alternative to residential care. Our service allows people to receive the support they need from the comfort of their own home. There is no upheaval, no disruption and it provides the ability to be independent, stay close to friends, keep your pets and maintain your hobbies and interests.

- Being able to maintain your independence, providing you with flexibility
- Being in control of your life
- Feeling secure whilst keeping the familiarity of your own home
- Keeping your day to day relationship with your pets and loved ones
- Staying within your local community
- An affordable alternative to residential care
- Protection of your home as an asset regards care costs
Personal & Tailored Packages
At Melody Care we want to ensure that each of our clients has a tailored package specific to their needs and desires.
Our process begins when you make your first contact with us. We talk with you about the service you want and begin to understand what we need to do to meet your requirements.
Our Care Manager will arrange a visit to discuss your needs further and to talk to you about what we can offer. We will also conduct a thorough assessment including gathering information from those closest to you, whether social or medical, in order to provide a bespoke, client focused package.
Once we have all the information necessary and understand our client’s needs, we will suggest suitable carers and begin to develop a Care Plan.
