
To ensure that we recruit only the best Carers, we follow a very comprehensive 6 step recruitment process which follows as below:
1. Online application
Once you have read our job description, you should register your details. Please click here to complete the form
2. Online questionnaire
You will be required to complete a brief online questionnaire. This questionnaire has been specifically designed to helps us to determine each applicant's natural attributes for this position.
3. Our Response
The Recruitment Manager will contact by telephone to discuss your options and answer any questions you might have regarding the role.
4.Interview
- 1st Stage Interview
If you have met our initial requirements we will then invite you to attend an interview at your local branch. These interviews usually last about an hour and you will get the chance to meet the team and the Recruitment Manager.
- 2nd Stage
Following the face to face interview, you may have the option to work shadow. This is a chance to meet our team of carers and clients.
5. Job offer
If you are successful at the interview stage, we will then make a provisional job offer and discuss pay, terms and conditions and training and a potential start date with you.
6. Reference checks & DBS
If you accept the job offer our Recruitment Team will carry out reference checks and ask you to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
The DBS service helps employers make safer recruitment decisions and prevents unsuitable people from working with vulnerable groups. This replaces the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA). This is a mandatory requirement required under the Health & Social Care Act.
