We are delighted to work very closely with lots of organisations involved within social care:

Care Friends

Melody Care were one of the first agencies to work with Care Friends – a referral scheme which allows their staff to ‘share’ jobs with friends, family or anyone on social media that they think could be interested in joining the company.

Care Quality Commission (CQC)

All our managed care services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and we are very proud of our most recent inspection reports for both our live-in service and our hourly service. View the latest reports here

Melody Care are working in partnership with the Care Worker’s Charity (CWC). The CWC exists to support individuals working in social care and offers a range of grants to support financial and mental wellbeing.

Neuroblastoma UK

Melody Care are very proud to be one of the official corporate partners of Neuroblastoma. Simon Carter, owner and founder of Melody Care said, “I have a long-standing friendship with Tony Heddon, Chair of Trustees at Neuroblastoma UK. 20 years ago, Tony and I had daughters at primary school with a little boy called Greg Faithfull, who had neuroblastoma. We were all devastated when Greg sadly died aged just five years old. Everyone at Melody Care wants to support the vital work of Neuroblastoma UK to help more children like Greg and raise lots of money to fund much-needed research into this cruel disease.”

Sticky People

By offering some of the best pay packages in the area, we tend to attract a significant number of applicants. In order to identify those staff who share the same values as we have, we ask them to take a short online psychometric test developed by Sticky People. Providing award winning candidate screening tools along with best practice recruitment and retention techniques, Sticky People have over 12 years’ experience in social care with over 1,000 users in the UK.

Surrey Care Association

We are members of the Surrey Care Association (SCA) and Simon Carter, the owner of Melody Care, is the former Chairperson.
